From the supplier: Corporations who receive subpart F income should analyze their income for estimated tax purposes because they may have the opportunity to defer payment of taxes on that income without risk of late payment penalty. The use of estimated quarterly tax payments can avoid the inclusion of controlled foreign corporations (CFC) income in quarterly payments by basing the fourth installment of the payment to coincide with the year-end of the CFC. If the year end of the CFC occurs after the 11th month of the fiscal year, taxes on related income can de deferred.
